Green is life. Abundant in nature, green signifies growth, renewal, health and the natural environment. Often depicted and celebrated in many art forms. Nature is celebrated on canvas once again with the opening of Hijau II at the new G13 Gallery.

This group exhibition is the first for the G13 Gallery, a space dedicated to the development, promotion and spread of Fine Art.

Hijau II explores the unexpected facets of nature seen through the keen eyes of an artist. These featured paintings capture the essence of nature, not just through a mere representation of the natural world but rather they are the expressions of the mind and heart of the individual artists.

Artists represented in the exhibition will include Hamdan Shaarani, Soon Lai Wai, Zaharuddin Sarbini, Johan Marjonid, Rashid Yusoff, Azman Hilmi and Dennis Chan.
