In today’s hectic dog-eat-dog government sector environment, many of our hardworking government workers find it hard to spare some time to appreciate the very exciting art scene that Kuala Lumpur has to offer. In order to promote the arts among government workers, CIPAN would like to suggest several exciting ways in which art appreciation can be combined with many of our nation’s favourite weekend activities.

Suggestions For Lunch Time Activities In KL For Busy Government Workers is a 13 episode series aimed at promoting the arts among government workers. CIPAN presents Episode 5: Playing badminton in an art gallery.

Featuring Liew Seng Tat & Tshiung Han See

Perhaps meditation in art gallery?? I love to visit art galleries and exhibitions. Really inspire me a lot

“Kite-Flying” and “Sleeping” remained my favourites, both have a kind of sharp wit poking at the potential impossibilities of gallery-space.

Jessyca – meditation is a great idea. Australian artist Lindy Lee often incorporates that into her exhibitions. Looky here http://www.roslynoxley9.com.au/artists/20/Lindy_Lee/1092/

Zi Hao – like the idea of ‘impossibility’ of gallery space instead of ‘possibility’.
