Each and every face tells a different story, yet you might not be able to read the emotion. You might be right, you might be wrong. It’s an open interpretation for everybody. By this, the work themselves are interacting with the audience. To make it short, it is a self discovery process”
A JOURNEY TO SELF DISCOVERY
Face is an important feature to distinguish an individiual from each other. Facial expression are, for example (bot not limited to); anger, concentration, confusion, contempt, desire, disgust, excitement, fear, frustration, glare, happiness, sadness and many more. This is where Amin Asa’at passion lies. Facial expression is his central theme on Faces@Wajah-wajah exhibition, to which he consider this collection as experimental.

Faces@Wajah-wajah artworks are made using acrylic and spray paint on canvas. Amin Asa’at experiments with his approach and resulting his works almost like dreamy and surreal. In Faces@Wajah-wajah collection, Amin Asa’at models are his close associates and also himself
