‘Kotohuadan’ in the Kadazandusun language of Sabah means: ‘Thank you’.

– Don’t be excessively rude cause that’s not nice.
– Do use your own language to write to him. He can find a translator & learn some Sabah languages. 1Malaysia bah.

On 31 October 2009, in Kuala Lumpur, in his keynote address at Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s (TNB’s) 60th anniversary celebration, our dear PM said:

“…The government needs to revise its energy policy, ..the current one [is] obsolete and in need of a revamp… was proven to be costly, both environmentally and financially.

“I don’t like the current energy policy. It’s not right,” he told some 1,500 TNB workers attending the event.

“…coal is what we call DIRTY technology, it’s NOT environmentally friendly,”

Do remind him of his own wise words.

Our “dear” leaders need to listen now and let us go with Renewable Energy instead of this dirty coal plant business.

Listen to the people of Sabah stop taking us for granted. We are NOT ur fixed deposit.

    Over and out.

    The most important thing…

This proposed coal plant in Sabah is situated on the shores of THE CORAL TRIANGLE (google it).

This area houses 75% of the whole world’s coral species & you want to put a coal plant there?

    Dear PM,
Please pay attention and listen to what I( Sabahans) have to say. I can never forget what you said on your first year anniversary as the PM of Malaysia. “Najib’s First Year” article on Daily Express published on Wednesday, 7th April 2010 which marked your first year in the office and you said ” IF THE PEOPLE ARE NOT READY, WE DEFER OR CANCEL IT”. We(Sabahans) are NOT READY and DEFINITELY we(Sabahans) dont want this Coal Fired Power Plant and we want you to CANCEL IT.
It has been proposed for the third time in a row and I wonder why the “so called” decision makers kept on insisting Sabah should have a coal fired Power Plant without considering other options that are far more better and taking into consideration that Sabah has a lot of resources that can be utilised. Why is that those so called decision makers kept on contradicting themselves on this issue? Something VERY,VERY NOT RIGHT is happening. I really wish we could have a by-election here in Sabah just like the one now in Sibu so that you can “turun Padang” here and see what is really going on here.

    Concerned Sabahan

If you’re like most people, sick of the Global warming shouting match, I guess it seems easier to just wait for the dust to clear. But what if we don’t have time to figure out who is right?
SO, which mistake would you rather lean on? Rather risk?
a)The possible harm to the economy that skeptics embrace OR
    b) The possible upheaval activitists warn us about?
I want my daughter and her daughter’s daugters to be able to live a clean, pure environment.

If there IS other (healthier)options for energy, why on EARTH are we saying yes to this nonsense?
