ARTERI is a blogging initiative that focuses on contemporary art in Malaysia and Southeast Asia. Serving both as information portal and conversational forum, ARTERI is your one stop feed on exhibitions around Malaysia as well as a hub for promoting region-wide awareness of contemporary practices across a variety of media including performance, installation, video, painting, sound, web-based art, etc.

Our blog is updated at least once a week with exhibition reviews/previews, critical essays, featured new media works, an art scene diary, things from around the world that interest us as well as interviews with artists from the region.

Needless to say, contributors who are keen on joining us in creating a platform for critical dialogue and exchange are more than welcome, write to us!
